So ikes bikes what a weekend.

It felt like this past week went on forever. With Rosie's shocking death which was so terrible, i was INCREDIBLY glad for justin to come back on friday night. it was just so nice to see him. we just hung about on friday night. Saturday i worked and then saturday night the plan was to go to wentworth (a tiny TINY town to the west of us) and go to their penny sale. As we ALL know I LOVE penny sales. However. They are about 35 minutes west. I dont get home from work until 630... Which means that with picking up Lauren, and getting there... We got there after the start time of 7:00.

Most places say their start time but you can go in soon after and still participate... not so here. so sadly. no penny sale. Warren, the town past Wentworth, has a Missile.. an ACTUAL missile... it is emptied, but it is a real one. Lauren had never seen it, so justin and I took her there. it was funny.

Then we went to Adams. but he wasn't there (was actually at the Penny sale, where we said WE would be), so we hung out with his neighbors, the Hinkleys, that jus and I know from HS, and then Adam showed up. So we were all hungry so we went BACK to Warren and went to The Twig.

SO YUMMY. My friend Casey, is a friend with the owner, who is a friend of my dad and a teacher at our College... Read casey's Blog post on their grand opening!. it was great. if you are ever out that way, definitely try it! I can almost guarantee that we will go again!

Sunday. I had to work AGAIN. but last night, Jus and I got pizza, and i got some Lactaid... didnt help too much i dont think... anyways, we also watched an ep of Tru Calling, which I think justin liked a little. THen we went to Justin's Dad's place and had a really enjoyable time there.

Now the two exciting things of the weekend.

SUNDAY MORNING: Kaiten is let into the yard to do is morning business. Usually he RACES the squirrels to the tree and they ALWAYS beat him. BUT.... Kaiten caught one! only... it werent no squirrel. it was a rat.

okay first, im totally psyched that after my sweet guinea piggles are all gone to switch to rats as my pet rodent. Justin has had them in the past, and im friends with blackthorn45 who even runs a rat rescue. so this was freaky and upsetting. so anyways, the rat died. justin took care of it for me and i went to work.

SECOND exciting news. Justin is going to be applying for the Merrimack programming position. It is a better job, and the commute is a little less so he can live here with me! woohoo!!!! Because he isnt leaving the company persay, if they take him, it may not be a 2 week notice thing, he may go immediately. I hope he gets it!!! then i can go empty his apartment, his dad and bro can bring all his stuff here and then i get my justin 24/7 ish and i will finally have him WITH me every night. yay!!

so after a terrible week, i got to have an overall great weekend. which is the way it should be right?
plus tonight is XZS AND 1 dude mooched SIX books off of me today!!! so i am probably going to mail those in a BOX. how freaking cool is THAT????? i know i know. PRETTY COOL

anything else? not really.

so i mentioned my busted lip

it hurts so much that i cant brush that side of my mouth without moving my lip AWAY from my teeth. i think... it is spreading. it doesnt seem... good.. in any way...

whenever anyone ELSE starts the woodstove, they turn the air down and it goes into longterm burn. i of course get woodstove control when it is like 50 mile an hour winds, so the wood burned all the way down last night, past coals.
so i get to start afreash tonight. and this is AFTER putting greener stuff in so it would burn longer, like Lynn told me to do.


so today is the stables (thank the lord it wasnt yesterday since it was So flipping cold out... zero PLUS crazy winds) and then mailing. i posted 9 books, and before i'd gone to bed, people had mooched 3 of them!
